Anne Arundel County Police Department. Police said a partially nude man, who appeared extremely agitated and under the influence of narcotics, was acting in an incoherent manner and yelling verbal threats and profanities at officers.

Authorities said officers deployed a Taser on the man after he became aggressive, ignored numerous verbal commands and continued to resist arrest.
After investigating, police said they found The man, identified as year-old James Frederick Brown, of Forestville, was transported to Baltimore Washington Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
Several officers were needed to eventually take the man into custody.
